When we are fortune to provide the machine for your company,
1. We will arrange most experienced design engineers communicate with relative technical director of your company, and confirm technical parameters, then finish URS to assure to satisfy the requirement of production process.
2. We strictly design according to relative rules, standards and URS, to assure advance equipment structure and capability and satisfy the requirement of production process.
Design Qualification (DQ) is finished after designing; we start to produce the machine after confirmation by user.
3. We strictly stock material, manufacture, install, carry out documents and record control according to quality managing rules, documents of production process and operation procedure. Make it checkable and be carried up.
4. We test and accept according to the following rules and do relative documents and record control, Make it checkable and carry up.

Factory acceptance test (FAT) is carried out at the site of the manufacturer, and we offer FAT record and report.
5. Quality control target of leaving factory: 100% pass and choiceness.
6. We can offer free guidance (In China) of installation, debugging, test and accept, operation training in the site of user, in order to meet the requirement of normal running and production.
7. We offer the documents model of IQ and OQ, and help users carry out relative validation and GMP validation, in order to meet the requirement of medicine production and pass through GMP validation.
8. Quality guarantee period: In 12 months after debugging is passed through or 18 months after the goods are transported to the site of users (whichever is soon). Promise of quality services: Rapid response in 4 hours, we will arrive at the site of users in 24 hours (In China).
